Refund policy

At Baytul Quran, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality Quran Majeed and Islamic books in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product is incomplete due to our mistake.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging should be retained where possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of respect and product care, the following items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or incorrectly:

• Quran Majeed
• Islamic books that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer.
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through a mutually agreed method.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost after verification.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Baytul Quran will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other acceptable reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
